POSITION SUMMARY

The Warehouse Fulfillment Associate is responsible for efficiently picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring timely shipments and customer satisfaction. This position involves maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment and collaborating with team members to meet company goals and productivity targets. The role requires a strong commitment to teamwork, quality control, and upholding safety standards while contributing to the overall success of the fulfillment process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Navigate warehouse space to fill e-commerce orders quickly and accurately
• Scan and pack orders efficiently with a presentation that meets company standards
• Unload boxes of production and organize into designated areas

Minimum Qualifications:

• Energetic with a strong work ethic and desire to meet quotas
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to maintain an organized work environment
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50LBS
