Position Summary:
Assist with daily production operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Perform quality control at the factory level
● Coordinate production workflow across all factories.
● Conduct quality control on manufacturing floors by measuring and reviewing physical production
pieces.
● Monitor and ensure timely follow-up on all production processes.
● Demonstrate a self-driven attitude, with persistence and determination.
● Exhibit a proactive and outgoing personality.
● Communicate effectively and assertively while maintaining professionalism.
● Efficiently address and resolve issues as they arise.
● Ensure product quality with a focus on improving processes, reducing returns, minimizing
irregularities, and controlling production costs.
● Source and manage trims.
● Collaborate effectively with Product Development, E-Commerce, Retail, Marketing, Planning,
Finance, and other cross-functional teams.
● Track and maintain production WIPs and related spreadsheets.
● Manage the ordering and delivery of trims and production materials.
● Follow up on quality control (QC) issues.
● Provide administrative support, including organizing and preparing presentation materials.
● Create and maintain development WIP documents.
● Uphold the company’s quality standards when interacting with factories, while maintaining a
professional demeanor.
● Work independently while also contributing effectively as a team player.

Minimum qualifications:
● 3-5+ years’ experience in apparel production
● Basic understanding of garment construction/points of measure
● Must have strong ability to prioritize, organize and direct production with factories
● Strong written and verbal communication
● Organized
● Strong attention to detail
● Must be able to think on your feet & remain calm under pressure
● Ability to work independently
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets
● Able to manage multiple prioritize and meet deadlines
● Must have a valid CA driver’s license
● Spanish speaking is a plus

Physical Requirements
● Sit, stand, lift up to 50lbs

This is a full-time/hourly position based in the downtown/Vernon area. Candidates must be local to the
Los Angeles area.
